Honda didn’t have many announcements set for the INTERMOT show in Germany, leading many to believe that the company had nothing left to reveal this year. It turns out, Honda wasn’t out of ideas– they just decided to skip Germany and do Paris, instead. Here’s the proof: the Honda Neo Café 650 Concept.
In a way, the Neo Café 650 is just Honda coming full-circle. The Honda CB4 concept that made its debut at the 2015 EICMA show in Milan launched the design theme, of course, and Honda has used that theme on both the 2018 CB1000R and 2019 CB300R. An all-new middleweight CB650R with Neo Café styling, then, is the next logical step for the resurgent Honda brand.
