With a 0-60 time of just over 3.0 seconds and massive torque, this tiny electric car from Renault is ready to deliver some seriously fun times. More importantly to US readers, however, is the question of how much of the technology from this one-off Renault Zoe eSport concept is based on the production model.
Why should you, dear American reader, care about the production Zoe? Because it shares a bunch of technology with the upcoming 2018 Nissan Leaf– and how badly do you want to see a little Nissan Leaf breaking the hearts of Ford GT and Lamborghini buyers be an amazing thing?
You know it would!
Anyway, you can tell me all about how wrong I am about everything in the comments section at the bottom of the page. Before you do, though, check out this awesome Renault Zoe track day video from the guys over at Car Throttle. They’re a little slow to get on the EV/alt-fuel bandwagon, but they know what’s cool.
