407 HP 2017 Volvo V90 Wagon Hybrid Revealed

2017 Volvo V90 Wagon Hybrid

We’ve already seen the all-new 2017 Volvo S90 sedan, but the super-practical V90 wagon version of the car has remained pure speculation. Not anymore- meet the new, 407 HP twin-engine 2017 Volvo V90 wagon!

Powered by the same “twin engine” hybrid system found in the award-winning XC90 SUV, the 407 HP hybrid wagon is wickedly fast, with a low CG and active traction control that keeps it safe and stable while cornering. Volvo backs up the V90’s high-tech drivetrain with high-tech driving intelligence, too, in the form of the Pilot Assist semi-autonomous drive system that, in this version, has been upgraded to work at speeds as high as 80 MPH.

That the new Volvo V90 is going to push the envelope of safety tech, too, is a given. The company expects a full 5-star rating and IIHS Top Safety Pick+ commendations, and is backing that up with smarter City Safety crash-avoidance technology as it moves towards its goal of producing fully “death proof” cars by 2020.

We’re excited about the new Volvo V90, is what we’re saying.
