Its most recent push came in the form of a team-up between Terra Motors and the JACLA (JApan Car Life Assist) aimed at driver’s ed students nationwide. 300 driving schools throughout the country received large plasma displays solely for the purpose of running ads for electric scooters.
BMW wants you to know that on its way toward electric mobility, it has gone down the path of the single-track vehicle. To this end, the Concept e electric scooter – lacking, as it does, the platform footrest that makes the scooter so attractive – debuted at the IAA.
