IndyCar 2014: Dual in Detroit – Race 2 Results

Dual in Detroit - Helio Castroneves Penske Chevy

Race 2 of IndyCar’s Dual in Detroit almost ended the same way race 1 did, with Will Power being the fastest and most aggressive driver on the track both days. You might say Power was a bit too aggressive – he bumped off Rahal and Newgarden early in the race and was hit with a drive through penalty for his efforts.

Still, this was Helio’s day – just as it so very nearly was at the Indy 500 one week ago – and it was a terrific win in Detroit for the Penske driver, followed up by Castroneves’ traditional fence-climing celebrations in victory lane.

This is how race 2 of the IndyCar Dual in Detroit played out for everyone else, with IndyCar’s Helio-focused infographic coming at you at the bottom of the page. Enjoy!
