It’s been five years since the BMW Vision EfficientDynamics Concept debuted, eventually transforming into the BMW i8 plug-in hybrid. This powerful idea seemed impossible a half-decade ago, but today it’s a soldout reality leading the way into a fast and efficient future.
I’m loving BMW’s marketing campaign for the i brand, really embracing that futuristic feel and the whole “impossible is possible” concept towards cars. Honestly, if you had asked me five years ago if BMW would ever build the i8, I would have said no way.
Yet here it is, in all its scissor-door glory, forging ahead like a futuristic missile taking aim at the status quo. Glorious, just glorious.
