Honda Releases 2013 North American Environmental Report
Earlier this week, Honda released its 2013 Environmental Impact report, which saw some good progress being made in the form of a 16.2% year-over-year reduction in the CO2 emissions from car production in North America, as well as n 8% year-over-year reduction in CO2 emissions from shipping cars to dealers. It wasn’t all good news- the company’s average fuel economy was down- but the production of the new 50 MPG Accord Hybrid and North American launch of the new Earth Dreams engines should help with that in 2014.
