I consider this the first step toward electric transportation. Once scooters have a good healthy foundation, then e-motorcycles should come into play, and only after lots of bugs have been worked out of the system we should be considering spending the resources to implement e-cars and small/midsize delivery vehicles. full transition to electric transport needs to be done in a smart layer-by-layer way or we will suffer setbacks that reduced energy availability will punish harshly.
