		<description>BMW is a huge target for a lawsuit if the vehicle is not perfect. They can NOT take the chances that a smaller company could take, therefore much more thorough testing and this includes reliability.



The alternate would be for the customer to sign a total release for defects that may exist. Would you do this?</description>
