Come on Sam Adams!!! Get this town electrified!! We have more dams than Cali!!! (I think... or at least P-town uses more hydro-electricity than SF or SJ)</description>

		<description>Here is a tip. I recently met these guys at a gas station.  They seem to have a pretty good thing going here. I discussed their project with the Science and Technology specialist for the Missouri Dept of Natural Resources.  He says he is fully aware of them and that the technology works.
