		<description>I&#039;m a little confused.   When a fuel cell is &quot;idle&quot; it isn&#039;t generating any electricity.   You can turn down the flow of hydrogen or shut it off.    Yes, you need some battery power to run the lights and a/c when idle, but a fuel cell is not something that cannot be stopped/started.</description>
