It's more successful neighbor, Suncoast, takes them all away. Rampart was billed as an "exclusive" casino for more classy clientele and so far, business has been bad. I'm surprised they even thought of this gimmick given how much they're losing in revenue. I don’t even think Rampart has that many patrons to be speak of.
