		<description>Well, this is a nice record to hold, but I fail to see the innovation that exists here. I was sailing ice boats 55 years ago. I&#039;ll give him an &quot;Attaboy&quot; for his use of modern materials, but he didn&#039;t build anything that is usable for average transportation.



Now, if he had built it with a rotor sail to power a generator which charged a battery for motor power and accessories and also provided motive power. he would have really done something. A rotor sail will provide power no matter from which direction the wind is coming.



He does have a real nice super specialized sport toy though.</description>
