I intend to look into vehicular hydrogen production from algal oil, along with bio-diesel, and conversion of algal materials into gasoline fuel. I believe that concentrating solar arrays will provide the necessary high temperature for re-forming liquid feed-stocks. There are vast areas of lands available for closed-loop algal mass production using brackish to saline waters that can be pumped using wind energy(or solar), much smaller amounts of water are needed relative to standing crops. I am also interested in starting a company that will commercialize some of the best of the tech available.

Billy, you either work for the Oil Lobby, only watch Fox News or are completely ignorant to biofuel technology and its effects on the economy and environment. Hell, there's a pretty solid chance you are all of the above...

Billy,

I'm not quite sure what you mean by "you people." It sounds pretty debasing and loaded...

Anyhoo, your lack of awareness beyond what the mainstream media has fed you aside, your concerns are exactly what the SBA is trying to address.

Did you even read my post or the SBA document before you rattled off your accusations?
