Natural gas is as safe as any fuel, gasoline diesel etc. An accident can happen with any fuel. But if a Honda NGV is as good as it sound why is it I NEVER HEARD OF ONE BEFORE, THEY SHOULD MAKE THIS STUFF KNOWN TO PEOPLE. THEY WANT US TO BE GREEN BUT DON'T LETS US.

Makes a whole lot of sense... considering that:

1. it can be done in tailing ponds. thus reducing water contamination

2. does not eat into food and other crops

3. Carbon sequestration thru algal route has been suggested to be maximum

4.most fossil fuels have their origins in algae and other primitive micro organisms

GO FOR IT...

They've hit the nail on the head, hard and square. Now the question is, as with all biofuels, can we manufacture this in large enough quantities to offset carbon emissions during production and still be able to sell it and make a huge profit?

If they sold it directly to individuals like farmers, fleet owners, truckers and people like me who can store large amounts at one time, than it would be an economical as well as ecological decision. That would cut out all the middle-men who drive up the costs at the pump and we wouldn,t have to burn ten gallons or more to get to the only pumping stations which would sell it.

Also, stop mixing it with fossil fuels. Surely we could pay a little extra when purchasing a car to have it come with synthetic fuel lines instead of rubber. It could then be burned as straight vegetable oil. So a little persuasion, maybe some more lobbying in intailed here, nothing our millions of lawyers can't handle. Thank You.

This certainly seems more logical than pumping carbon dioxide into geologic formations where it can come back to haunt us in the future.
