		<description>The current speed limits do not require one to travel at or above that posted speed.  If you want to travel slower, you can go ahead and do so.  Some of us actually need to get somewhere. And I&#039;m not talking about short commutes to work.  As the airlines go belly up or at best cancel more flights, that leaves travelling by road  a practical option.  At 70mph, it&#039;s practical. At 55, you might as well sit at home and watch the economy collapse.



One can argue the time saved is miniscule but on the other hand the cost savings is miniscule especially when the opportunity cost is dertermined.</description>
